RatePlug Automated Marketing Program for Supreme Lending

This new program is an online tool that allows you to co-market with your real estate agents via the local MLS system. Through the program, agents can highlight you as a preferred lender each time they email potential properties out to their clients directly from their MLS system. You will have access to this program via RatePlug, a Supreme Lending contracted for discounted pricing, while your agents have access through their MLS memberships.

Enrollment is easy: Program might not be available in your market. Check with your manager for availability

• Prior to enrollment please contact Marketing for approval;  Marketing@suprememelending.com 866.335.1758
• To enroll, you must use your approved Supreme Lending email address, and an active NMLS ID# 
• Costs will be charged at the time of registration (LO will be charged one time set up fee of $35 and your Membership will be Annual at $375).
• All contracts are 1 year to work with an unlimited number of agents.  
• Corporate disclaimers must be on all accounts.  (RatePlug has master on record) 
• If your Branch is covering the cost of RatePlug Please contact Char Theiner at RatePlug to get registered (char.theiner@rateplug.com / 630.848.1347)

Training: Training is required before you can start to use this program:

• Self-paced training may be taken at your convenience. You can register to view a pre-recorded video covering the material presented in the live session. The link to register will be made available to you via email once you enroll in the Program. You must view the video in its entirety to receive credit for the training requirement.

Once your training has been completed your account will be validated by a Supreme Lending Retail MarketingTeam member and activated within 24 hours (Monday through Friday)
