We have just completed the largest set of updates to the RatePlug member system in years, and every one of them is live today for loan officers. The goal was simple: make the tools you use every day easier to find, faster to use on any device, and more valuable to the agents and homebuyers you work with. Here is what you will see the next time you log in.

A modern design across the member system

The entire member system has a cleaner, more modern look that works as well on a phone as it does on a desktop. Navigation is grouped the way you work, pages carry less clutter, and you can choose a light, medium or dark display to suit your screen.

One screen for every alert

Listing alerts and agent and homebuyer alerts used to live in different places. The new centralized Alerts screen brings them together, so you can review activity, see who is engaging, and manage your alert settings from a single screen.

Property flyers: generate, e-mail and track

Property flyers received a complete refresh:

• Listing flyer generation and e-mailing: Create a flyer for any listing in seconds, e-mail it directly from RatePlug, and see when your links are opened.
• Modern templates: New, professional flyer designs present your listings, current payment information and contact details at their best.
• Direct-to-agent e-mail options: Send a flyer to one of your agents in a couple of clicks, either from RatePlug or from your own e-mail program.

New Mortgage Planner for purchase and refinance

The redesigned Mortgage Planner gives your customers a clear side-by-side comparison of loan programs for a purchase or a refinance, highlights the program that fits them best, and can be printed or e-mailed with your branding and, if you choose, your agent’s contact information.

Home Valuation joins Free Services

Your clients can now request a Home Valuation as one of your Free Services. They receive an instant estimate of their home’s value, a look at the equity they may be able to put to work, and your contact information, delivered by e-mail and available online right away.

A new Mortgage Calculator for your clients

The new Mortgage Calculator lets clients estimate monthly payments using your current rates and loan programs. Every calculation carries your name and contact information, so the conversation comes back to you.

Promote your tools by e-mail

Under Marketing Tools you will find a new way to promote everything above. Choose an agent from your list or enter any e-mail address, and send a branded e-mail with links to your Free Services and Mortgage Calculator, along with your loan officer page and mortgage programs if you like. Send it from RatePlug or open it in your own e-mail program.
