Are You Seeing the Important Alerts on Your Agents?
We have had a few members tell us they did not get an alert or email from us. What we discovered after investigating was that the member’s email account, or company firewall, was blocking emails from RatePlug thinking were spam of some sort. Make sure to check your email settings or confirm with your company IT resources that RatePlug communications are coming through. Timing is everything when working with your agents. Reacting to new listings, open house events and signed contracts is crucial to provide top notch service!
