How do I get my agents to participate in RatePlug?

We are pleased to announce a new feature for RatePlug users! In an effort to cut back on paper forms and expedite the process of getting agents affiliated to your account more efficiently, we have built a new electronic invitation. Now you can get your agents to participate in RatePlug with you through a simple email process.

Here is how you use this new feature and get agents to participate in RatePlug:

  1. Log into your RatePlug account
  2. Click on the “Show/Add Agents” link
  3. Enter the contact information for the agent you wish to invite. You can also add a personal note if you desire.
  4. Click “Go”

That’s it! Your agent will receive the invitation and will be able to accept via a link. We will notify you when your agent takes action on the invitation*. You can also monitor the status by clicking on the “Check Status” link on the “show/add agents” page in your account.

*We also recommend that you follow up with the agent to make sure they received the invitation in case they invitation was inadvertently placed in a spam folder.

En un esfuerzo por recortar formas de papel y agilizar el proceso de conseguir afiliados a tu cuenta de manera más eficiente, hemos construido una nueva invitación electrónica. Ahora usted puede conseguir sus agentes a participar en Rateplug con usted a través de un proceso de simple correo electrónico.
