	RatePlug is an interactive tool that allows the homebuyer to play “what if” scenarios with the down payment and purchase price to find the best mortgage product for their specific needs.
	For the first time, Agents and Homebuyers will be able to view total monthly housing payments, within property listings, based on live rates, accurate taxes, assessments, and insurance information for each property.
	With thousands of property listings being viewed each week by homebuyers, the New RatePlug Program now provides you the opportunity to be part of this with your preferred Agents.
	Program also includes proactive Lead Generation System, custom on-line rate update tool (Setup and Training is included), Mortgage Planning Software (Custom and Branded for Individual Loan Officer) and Membership into MortgageTrader.com (A nationally promoted web site).
	Opportunity to be added to a Premium List that gives all GAMLS Agents the ability to select you as their preferred Lender and display you within their Property Listing Reports.
	RatePlug costs just $49.95 a month, or you can choose a $545 annual fee. Either package allows you to affiliate with up to 10 Agent members of GAMLS.
